FAQ: Using HCIN Learn

To recover your password, you need to have access to the email address associated with your account. Go to the Lost password? page, and enter either your username or your email address. In a few minutes, you will get an email with a link to create a new password. If you no longer have access to the email address in your user account, write to support@hcinlearn.org and provide some evidence that you are the account holder. Admins cannot tell you your existing password, but can set a new one for you.
