FAQ: Using HCIN Learn: I want to update my password, email, or name

Frequently asked questions about accounts, courses, CE credit, technical requirements, fees, and more.

If you have a working password, log in.
Then click the icon next to your profile circle at the top right of any page.
Choose Edit My Profile to update your name, email address, home town, and edit the language pairs that you interpret (e.g. English/Mandarin).
